Scope

Owned an AI-enabled product portfolio serving federal acquisition users, including FedSelect, WinMatrix, and Smart CWS, with product managers reporting in. Developed an edge AI pitch for NAVWAR, including demo hardware strategy and Other Transaction agreement structuring.

The discipline

Inside a large government contractor, an AI product does not ship because the demo went well. It ships after security review, after the design survives an ATO-conscious architecture pass, after legal and records questions have answers, and after real acquisition users adopt it into their working day. Portfolio management at that standard is mostly the unglamorous work of sequencing what gets built, hardened, and retired across multiple products at once.

Why it matters for Munivera

Munivera’s production deployment and managed-operations offerings borrow directly from this discipline. The operating standard carried over intact: do not ship a workflow agent that cannot survive an IT, legal, and records review. A SLED agency’s review board asks the same questions a federal integrator’s does, with a smaller staff to ask them.

Portfolio figures and user counts are not published here. What transfers is the standard, not the numbers.
