Asked on most first calls
- How fast can we have something working?
- A three-week assessment picks the workflow and builds the ROI case. The pilot that follows takes 30 to 60 days, so most agencies see a working system inside a quarter.
- Where does our data live?
- In your tenant: Azure/M365, AWS, or GCP. Munivera does not host agency data. Identity, logging, and retention stay inside the environment your IT team already runs.
- Do we need an AI strategy before reaching out?
- No. Bring one workflow that eats staff time. The assessment measures it and recommends one pilot; the strategy falls out of measured results, not the other way around.
- What does the first engagement cost?
- Rates are proposed, not published. The assessment is sized to fit common municipal small-purchase thresholds, so the first purchase can usually move without a formal solicitation.
- Who approves what the AI produces?
- A named employee. Every consequential action, from award to correspondence, requires a signature, and validation code checks every output before a person sees it.
- Can this survive our IT and legal review?
- It is designed for that review: SSO, role-based permissions, audit logging, retention on your records schedule, WCAG 2.1 AA, and an evaluation set built during the pilot.
